Integrity Global Partners is the partnership division of Integrity, a trusted provider of employment background screening and risk management solutions. We partner with entrepreneurs and businesses worldwide to deliver our proven services under a successful and ethical business model.
An Employment Background Screening (EBS) Partnership lets you operate a background-screening business under the Integrity brand, using our established methodology, technology platform, and support systems to verify candidates for employers in your territory.
Partners gain access to a globally recognised brand, proven operating procedures, proprietary technology, ongoing training, and a dedicated support team — allowing you to launch and scale faster than building from scratch.
No. Previous experience in background screening or investigations is not necessarily required. Integrity provides the methodologies, technology, training, knowledge transfer and operational support needed to build and operate the business. What matters is strong local market knowledge, entrepreneurial leadership, commercial capability and the ability to build a local team.
Not necessarily. The partnership can be structured around your existing business or through a new local entity, depending on the market, territory and agreed partnership structure. Integrity will work with the partner to determine the appropriate setup.
Yes. An existing business can potentially add Integrity’s services to its portfolio, provided the partner meets Integrity’s requirements and can maintain the required quality and ethical standards. This can allow partners to build on existing client relationships and local market knowledge.
Yes. Partners can expand their service portfolio as the business develops. A partner may start with the services most relevant to its market and subsequently add additional Integrity services, subject to the applicable territory rights, capabilities and partnership requirements.
You receive comprehensive onboarding, operational training, marketing assistance, technology setup, and continuous support from our regional teams to help you grow a sustainable business.
Partners receive access to established technology platforms supporting service delivery and business operations. Depending on the partnership, this can include technology for employment screening, whistleblowing, compliance searches and due diligence management, together with relevant training and technical support.
We look for partners with strong business acumen, integrity, local market knowledge, and the financial capacity to invest in and grow the business. Prior industry experience is helpful but not required.

Yes. Qualified partners may expand into additional territories over time, including through our Master Franchise model, subject to performance and availability.
Territorial rights are defined as part of the partnership agreement. Where exclusivity is granted, the partner receives exclusive rights for the agreed services and territory, subject to the performance obligations and other conditions set out in the agreement.
Most applications move from initial enquiry to agreement within a few weeks, depending on due diligence, territory review, and how quickly required information is provided.
The launch timeline depends on the territory, partnership structure, regulatory requirements, company setup, team recruitment and onboarding requirements. Once the partnership is approved, Integrity supports the partner through training, technology implementation, knowledge transfer and operational preparation before launch.
With 25+ years of experience, ISO-certified processes, proprietary technology, and deep local expertise across multiple countries, Integrity combines global standards with on-the-ground market knowledge that few providers can match.
